And so we’re back to normal! Yesterday was the most uneventful day for a long time, and it was soooo nice. The girls were supposed to go to some summer camp for a few hours, but we didn’t manage to get up and get dressed until mid morning, and then they both just wanted to stay at home and play. And that’s what we did. We put on some audiobooks and played Playmobil, looked through photos, watched some telly, and just… chilled. We did manage to go for a little ride on our bicycles, because it was such glorious weather, but that was it. Just the 3 of us, and we loved it. When S came home, we were all so relaxed and peaceful that he must have thought we were on drugs. The most perfect day, I went to bed with such a big smile on my face.
And today we were a bit more sociable! The kids have been playing with friends, E and I sneaked in a riding lesson and tonight we went out for dinner with friends. I feel good!
